Part 2 a conversation w/ Morgan Beaudry - Road Ahead Counselling - We Got This Mental Health Series

Posted by Josh Hannaberry
Friends in the Industry - In today's episode, I am excited as this is Part 2 of my conversation with Morgan Beaudry, owner of Road Ahead Counselling about professional drivers' trauma and the need to provide a safe place for them to share their stories. I am excited as this interview is part of our We Got This - Mental Health series! This series is dedicated to exploring Mental Health. I will be interviewing a number of professionals that will help us navigate what exactly is Mental Health, and offer guidance on actionable steps we can take each day to protect and ultimately strengthen our own mental health. *disclaimer - the purpose of our series is to educate, encourage, and empower and to not prevent or discourage anyone from seeking medical attention. Throughout Morgan's journey, she has learned the importance of sharing your story, especially after a traumatic experience takes place, such as a motor vehicle collision. Far too often does the conversation stop after someone hears "the driver was not deemed at fault" after the collision, but there is so much more to it than that.
