Central Region Clambake

The menu consists of much more than clams: steamed and raw clams, steamed mussels, fried clam strips, homemade clam chowder, roasted chicken, barbecue beef or pork, Polish kielbasa and sauerkraut, Italian meatballs and sausage, fried liver, bacon and onions, Gianelli Italian sausage with fried peppers and onions, hamburgers and cheeseburgers, Hoffman hot dogs, Coney's baked beans, salt potatoes, sweet corn salad, and MORE! We'll also have the "sweet shop" this year, with hard and soft ice cream, cakes, pies, toppings, etc.
