OSSC January Meeting

The Oklahoma Safety and Security Council (OSSC) meeting will be via Zoom & in person at the OTA office on Thursday, January 18, at 11 am. Eric Pearson with the FMCSA will be giving an update on:
- CSA Prioritization changes - timeline
- Expansion of accident categories for Crash Preventability Determination Program
- DOT-approved oral fluid testing and/or establishing labs to process tests
- Mandating crash avoidance systems, or performance standards for emergency braking systems
- Speed limiters
- HOS/ELD regulatory changes
